Overview
CIPHER is an all-in-one mobile security suite: a security score dashboard, dark-web breach monitoring, an encrypted password vault, real-time threat alerts, a built-in VPN, and identity & privacy monitoring. It gives everyday users enterprise-grade protection in a single, approachable app.
The challenge
Security products are technically demanding and easy to make intimidating. The client wanted genuine protection, encrypted vaulting, VPN, breach detection, tracker blocking, delivered so clearly that a non-technical user knows exactly what's wrong and how to fix it in one tap.
Our solution
We built CIPHER natively (Swift + Kotlin) because VPN, on-device encryption, and system-level protections demand native APIs and performance. A single security score summarizes the user's posture; dark-web monitoring scans for breached credentials and prescribes fixes; the vault stores logins with zero-knowledge encryption; threat alerts catch suspicious logins; and a WireGuard-based VPN plus identity monitoring round out the suite.

Hard problems we solved
A zero-knowledge vault means even we can't read user data, that required careful client-side key derivation and encryption with secure hardware backing. Shipping a stable, low-overhead VPN demanded deep work with platform network-extension APIs, and the whole product went through penetration testing before launch.
