Overview
Swft is an on-demand parcel delivery app for sending packages across town, same-day, standard, freight, or returns. Users create a shipment in under a minute, get instant pricing, and track their parcel live to the recipient's door.
The challenge
Peer-to-peer and business parcel sending has to be fast to quote and transparent to track. The client needed instant, distance- and size-based pricing, optional insurance, and reliable live tracking, all wrapped in an interface simple enough for a first-time sender.
Our solution
We built Swft in Flutter with a streamlined new-shipment flow: pick-up and drop-off, package size and speed, contents, and optional insurance, with a live estimated cost that updates as choices change. A real-time map tracks the courier through pick-up, transit, and delivery, and a deliveries hub keeps active and completed shipments organized with tracking numbers.

Hard problems we solved
Instant, believable pricing meant a routing-aware engine that factors real distance and package dimensions in real time. Live tracking across a courier's multi-stop day required efficient location streaming and clear status modeling.
Results & impact
Swft turned parcel sending into a sub-minute task with pricing users can trust before they commit, and tracking that removes the where-is-my-package anxiety end to end.
