Overview
Budly is a cannabis delivery marketplace that connects customers with nearby licensed dispensaries in one bright, friendly app, browse local menus, compare products, and get orders delivered with live courier tracking.
The challenge
Unlike a single-store app, a dispensary marketplace has to aggregate live menus and inventory from many independent shops, keep pricing and availability accurate, and still clear the same 21+ compliance bar on every order.
Our solution
We built Budly with a multi-dispensary catalog that surfaces nearby stores, their ratings, delivery fees, and ETAs, then unifies their menus into one searchable experience. Age/ID verification gates checkout, and a live map tracks the assigned courier from store to door.

Hard problems we solved
Aggregating live menus and inventory from many independent dispensaries without stale pricing meant a resilient sync layer and clear out-of-stock handling. Keeping every order inside licensed delivery zones required geofencing and per-store compliance rules.
